Owners are great people, very friendly and helpful, they would do anything to accommodate your needs. Breakfast is included and with a variety of choice for all (from cold cuts to pastries, cakes etc.). In Rimini you will spend your day at the beach, we only needed a place were to sleep and park our car. The value for the money we spent is excellent.all reviews »
The location in the heart of the Marebello district is a huge advantage. Owners are very nice and hospitable but I dont think it is enough.

There is no air conditioning, room is small, but you are not spending the day in your room, and during the night the ceiling fan helps a little bit. There is noise from the railway, but the same railway runs parallel to the main street, so I guess this is a problem for any other hotels along the coast, including the expensive ones.
No air-conditioning. Low quality bathroom. Small, stuffy room. Very small parking area. And whats the worst - NOISE! Noise from railway, noise from extremely loud performances organized by local community, noise from other hotels, noise, noise, noise ...
unrepresentative reception, small rooms, no bathroom towels and toiletries (no soap), the top blanket was very shabby, this "hotel" does not belong to the category of the hotel, but it is rather Dormitory.
