  The staff was very hospitable and friendly. We traveled with three small kids who tend not to be very quite at times and the staff took it all in stride. We had requested a roll away bed before we arrived only to find a pack and play in our room, we didn't say anything because or daughter just slept on the couch the first night but upon our arriv... what people say » al back to our room the second day they had replaced the pack and play with the roll away with out is even asking. - We stayed for 4 nights in a suite, which was quite comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed having a kitchen and that the living room was big enough for our kid to play. The breakfast is quite adequate, we also enjoyed having a pool. The location is good with big garden very close and the tram station right at the entrance to the residence.

  The service was excellent. I was was ill the first day of my stay and the staff went to the pharmacy to get medication and even offered to call in a doctor. Breakfast was great and the rooms were clean and comfortable.
