  Perfect location for relaxing after sightseeing! Staying on this wonderful Yacht was like coming home... thank you Nelly for excellent service, cool drinks (very reasonable prices) and the fresh fruits! We really miss the rocking Boat, and we are sure to come back in summer one day. The kids loved their cabin with the bunk beds, we loved our doub... what people say » le cabin... Easy transport by Vaporetto 2 to the highlights of Venice all night long. - Unusual place to stay in Venice, very quiet, gentle rocking, not that I needed it to go to sleep, very comfortable, lovely views, excellent breakfast. Nelli and her dog very welcoming.

  The hotel was clean and beautiful. The staff was very friendly and knowledgable of their town so they could tell us the best places to go. We had dinner 1 night in the hotel dining room and it ws one of the best meals we had on our trip. Our stay was totally enjoyable. - One of the very best hotels I have ever stayed in, anywhere.   We spent only one night in Venezia. It was raining all day. But because of this Nice hotel, we felt very cozy, pleasant atmosphere. In addition wanted to stay there a few more days. But we couldn't because of Schedule..Receptionist Loretta was very kind! Thank you! - Great location, nice and quiet but then you're in San Marco in 10mins by the water... what people say » bus. The staff were fantastic, so friendly. Great trip, will definitely visit again.
