  Villa Fraulo is set in a stunning location, high on the cliffs looking over the sea. The town of Ravello is wonderful, full of great restaurants, small shops and lovely buildings. The staff at the hotel were very, very helpful. Rosella helped myself and my fiance with arranging trips, the waiters and restaurant manager could not have been more hel... what people say » pful. The hotel was arranged a car to collect us from Naples airport and the driver was able to provide a tour to Pompei, Vesuvius and Herculaneum whi - The most Fantastic hotel, with beautiful views, great rooms, superb location near centre of Ravello, brilliant breakfast with such a variety & quality and absolutely top class staff who cared for their guests, sought high standards and were, well, just very, very nice, helpful people. Fully recommend this hotel - good car parking & it's also an oasis, when you get all 'touristed out', this is the place to relax. Just lovely!

  Everything! In particular, the staff was fantastic. They were so welcoming and friendly. The location in Racello is perfect. We went with a group for a friends wedding and all stayed in different hotels in Ravello. Ours was by far the best location because it was so central to the main plaza. I would absolutely stay here again! The staff made sure... what people say » we were comfortable and provided us an adapter when the one we had didn't work. They also prepared breakfast for us the night before our checkout as - We had an apartment. Didn't use kitchen area as we ate at the family ristorante Vittoria. The breakfast of juice, cereal, cake, pastry, rolls and jam with coffee or tea was served in the sweet garden setting and was plentiful. Hostess Maria was very helpful. Ensure your credit card has a pin. Signature along does not work. We chose to book transport back to Naples airport rather than rely on 4modes of public transport as connections are poor. We would stay again at Casa Vacanze Vittoria.

  Very nice place, just besides the villa Rufolo. You can easily hear the concert when it was launched in the villa Rufolo. The host and the staff were friendly, and also one bar and one restaurant in the hotel which provided good quality of seafood. I advise others may try it. you can face the amalfi coast all day long! The bedroom and bathroom were of a good size. Nice to have the balcony with table and chairs to enjoy the incredible scenery. Wifi was great. The lady at the front desk who greeted us was extremely pleasant, helpful and courteous. She even refused several times to accept a gratuity from us.

  Great settings and views, great to just chill but you need a car or taxi to get to Ravello centre, taxi was about €25 which we thought was quite cheep. And well worth the trip breakfast was great and bar service was good. - Being able to swim in the sea, directly from the hotel. Public transport available 'at door'. Staff helpful. The apartment was an authentic experience in every way - the values of the owner very much appreciated. I travel to the Amalfi coast about once a year and I will definitely return to stay here! - Simple, but well-equipped and had everything I needed. A very warm welcome from Guiseppe, and a beautiful location. The terrace under the lemon trees has a wonderful view and is simply delightful. A peaceful location with the feeling of being away from the hustle and bustle, but only 10 minutes walk from the central square. I would definitely go back.

  Fantastic service. As another client noted, it is a bit of a hike so if you are bringing huge bags you should definitely contact the hotel to get some help. We could drag our carryon without a problem but if we'd had ginormous bags we'd have died. THe room was fabulous, a great view of the bay from our second floor private balcony.
