all reviews » We loved the hotel from the time we arrived and throughout our stay. The front desk is exceptional. Our room had a balcony with double doors which we rarely closed so we could hear the surf. The furnishings were "simple elegance". Everything was very clean and fresh. Breakfast was a feast and the coffee order was immediately taken and served. We would most definitely stay here again. Everything about it. From the minute we walked through the door the service,helpful staff at all levels helped to make our stay such a wonderful experience. The staff could not do enough for us. The hotel had no ironing facility for guests in there rooms or irons to use. Lots of children, probably would not recommend for a couple looking for a quite time away. The room (412) was small and dark. It can definitively not be considered a 4 * hotel room rather a 3 *. We asked for a different room at arrival but were told that the hotel is fully booked. The alternatives offered the other day were either only available at a 20 % price uplift or located at the very end of the hotel area and only available two days later. There were occasional jellyfishes in the sea and the water was not very clean.
