The hotel was a fantastic place to stay, its a very unusual building andthe room was decorated to a very high standard, the resaurant was greatand compares to any top class london restaurant in terms of the food andprices. We also found the staff very helpful. very modern, comfortable, chic, stylish, excellent food, staff very pleasant. 3km from centre was good as thus quiet but easy to walk in to old town (taxis inexpensive anyway).

I have nothing to criticize. Everything was excellent!. It is a little bit too clinical almost sterile in appearance. No carpets just a cold concrete floor in the bedroom. Unpainted/unfinished ceiling. The 'Soundproofed' bedrooms is a misrepresentation. They are not - one can hear everything in particular noisy corridors and inconsiderate people in them late at night.Needs a night clock display. Location is not great.Improve indoor signs. It was confusing to get to the room. The acess doors to room corridors and other guest areas look like emergency doors. Quite far from the city attractions (we rented a car). We had to payfor the internet... Which should be included, because it's anexpensive hotel.unfortunately one member of staff was rude and unwelcoming. As we had young children this member made no attempt to facilitate our needs in the restaurant. However we did complain and our complaint was taken on board and we were not charged for the meals. We were moved to another room which was smaller.We did not get any help with the move and your staff on the desk were not very helpful at all. Too far from the city center. maybe organize a gym facility. are room could be a little more clean, when You are in the room You can here everything what is going on on the floor. too hot in the room + problem with a broken windows....furthermore, our window was opened when we have come back from the restaurant. No water in the room for several hours in the morning! They need to paint the ceilings of the bedrooms - just left as plainconcreate. The hotel tries a little too much to be modern and we feltthat it created a bit of a 'cheap' feel and will date very quick. Quitea long way from the centre and you need to get the bus.Very limited selection at breakfast. Room slightly disorientatingbut sleek. Even though it was 28-30 C degrees out they would not turn on their air conditioning. The beds were new but very hard. The hotel runs some kind of process with their water system between 3-4 am so you are strongly advised not to use the shower during that time . We had early flights - the reason we stayed there, but we couldn't take a shower. The concrete ceiling reminded us of being in prison. Over hyped for the price. Unfinished concrete ceiling in my room. Extra poor shower design, poor drainage, scalding about every 45 seconds. Staff very disorganized at checkout. The shower would go from luke warm to very hot without warning.very bad management. we came back to hotel at midnight and it was not possible to even have a sandwich or a coffee. no staff working. seemed to be run on a tight budget. breakfast the next morning was dissorganised. food expensive. Slow service at dinner, shower head kept falling down, access fire doorslammed every time someone came through the hallway. Hotel lovely, but staff so rude it was unbelievable!!. Air condition didn't work and the room was very hot, corridor was darkand outside noise carried into the room. The sound insulation system of the room was poor, I can hear clearly what's people saying at the corridor outside when they walked-by. There's a signage in the bathroom, states to avoid using the shower during 3am-4am as there might have a thermic shock, however, when was taking shower at 10pm, the water temporature was unstable as well, it almost burnt my skin!. black ceilings, floors and walls. very odd and inappropriate.
