Having the use of the Chedi Club Lounge. Helpfulness of the staff. Almost everything. But the breakfast is here the new standard!. Very Clean, the food is great, and the staff are very friendly. The pool is really cool!. Very nice and cosy for such a fairly large hotel. All in all very comfortable. Discreet efficient amable staff. Excellent breakfast. A very pleasant stay.

Very high parking fee of 24 euro., while parking outside is free.Impossible to switch off some bright LCD lights (TV, AC, flashing smoke alarm, etc.) at night. Curtains do not provide total darkness. No slippers provided. Decoration Zen for sure but a bit repetitive and commercial. Hotel far from the city, unreliable public transport connection. Small swimming pool, small gym with relatively few options. The reception and concierge look likes training stuff and they don't know any thing about Milano. The hotel is very far from the center and you need more than 20 min to reach there because alot of traffic lights. hotel is very noisy on the lower floor, always ask for higher floor to avoid the cars noise witch moves out from basement hotel parking.15 euro taxi ride to Milan centre. Nothing to do locally. At breakfast on two separate occasions I was not offered coffee or tea.This was not due to staff shortages as there were plenty, and otheritalien guests seemed to be asked. For a 5 star hotel this is really notgood enough.Breakfast, had to order coffee, took 15 minutes!!. I called to check if room service was available and they told me it was guaranteed 24 h per day. Afterwards I discovered that after 22.30 only sandwiches were served and nobody told me beforehand. Moreover there was no menu in the room.This hotel is not in Milan but in the suburb of the city, with no facility around. Consequence: the breakfast costs EUR 80. the room was too much hot, the buffet breakfast was absolutely poor, the restaurant service was slow and unattentive, not a 5 stars hotel maximum a 3 stars hotel.
