Location was good, with access to several Metro stations and trams nearby. Only 5 minutes from "The Last Supper" and several other top 10 sights. The apartment was very clean and new. Excellent cooking facilities. Apartment cleaned every day and towels changed on request. the location was great close to everything but in the residential area Very nice modern accommodations, very clean I liked that that there was no reception desk makes the check in and out extremely easy.

Good location, clean, nice designed rooms. The staff we didn't see, but had all needed information through e-mails, that's quite convenient. Very good quiet location, just 15mins walk to all the sights. Rudina and Flavia couldn't have been more helpful. Very nicely designed appartments, good neighbourhood, close to the center. It was very a nice one night stand:) personal was also kind und helpful!. Brandnew appartement, warm welcome by the concierge, daily cleaning,. Wery god standing, good location, I like very much. Great staff, very helpful, both on the phone and the cleaning lady. It was clean and neat, and well designed. Rooms were big as well as the bathrooms, clean and calm. We visited Milan with our 23 year old daughter. The only complaint we have with the apartment was the lack of privacy. No proper division between our room and elsewhere and had to walk through her room to get to the bathroom. A lovely place for a couple but not for our family. just the instructions in English on how to operate their high tech kitchen equipment including the excellent coffee maker It took us some time to figure out how it works but it was worth it. They didn't have a phone in the room. Probably it would be nice to have the mini bar full of beverages and snacks. The room we choosed was rather small for two, next time better to take a bit larger. Bedroom quite small, but typical of Milan. The Bed was a bit small :(. On the day of checkout we could not contact the concierge. due to central/city heating it's far too hot in the appartment. nice bed yet a bit to small. The couch upstairs needs replacing, the table is a bit small. The location is terrible, it is located in front of a prison!!! The aisles were too small and tight, kinda scary and there wasn't a reception and we had to wait up to half an hour when we arrived for the lady to open the rooms for us! I do not recommend it.
