The staff was just perfect and the location could not be better. The Gallery is gorgeous and the room I got was big and very comfortable. Highly recommended for a very nice and joyful stay in Milan. Our room had a balcony fronting into the Galleria Vittorio - the location in central Milan is great. Really friendly staff and good attention to detail. everything was perfect, excellent environment, staff, facilities! Best stay in Milan ever.
