Very nice design. Hotel is situated not far away from historical and shopping center (15-20 min by walk). A lot of restaurants near the hotel. 24 hours Courrefour in 5 minutes. On Thursday and Friday evenings there were corporate parties in the hotel's restaurant (outside) but after midnight everything was finished so there was no inconvenience for the hotel guests. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Clean. WiFi works.
all reviews » The hotel is great, really fancy, staff extremelly attentive and kind. Is just outside the old town in what look like a new business area of Milan. Great breakfast with a lot of options. The room we stayed was in the last floor with no windows, like an attic. May sound weird, but was really cozy and with a fake hera climbing the walls. Great value for money!. The staff - especially on reception - are outstanding at this hotel. They go out of their way to make guests feel welcome, and there is a warm atmosphere as soon as you walk through the door. The hotel is bright and stylish, and well located on the edge of the fashion district. All the hotel is very stylish with beautifully designed rooms. Breakfast is excellent, cocktails in the bar are very good as well. Location is wonderful, about 15mins nice walk from Duomo and main shopping district, right near Corso Como and Via Garibaldi. Love the concept and the chic decorative touches everywhere. They really made it a fun place to stay. Great convenient location, right near Porta Garibaldi and Corso Como. Design-led boutique hotel at the outskirts of city centre, close to Garibaldi station. Bizarrely, the hotel refused me the use of an iron. I've stayed in hundreds of hotels round the world and can't remember this happening before. I couldn't get a clear explanation as to why this peculiar policy exists (I presume it's intended to generate revenue by forcing residents to use the in house laundry service.) Anyway whatever the reason for the policy it's irritating but pointless - like other guests I popped out to the supermarket next door and bought an iron for 10 euros. All the beautiful decorations could be looked after slightly better and in a more pedantic manner, but nothing major. Could use more table space to put things -- not a big issue. Only thing was the shower doors being very awkward to close - may have just been our room though. Everything was perfect!. Room 115 very small bed for 2 people. Heating too hot and hard to adjust. Window that didn`t open. Banging doors from cleaners, who walked in and out next door. My room was without kettle for the coffee. I understand we are in Italy so we only drink espresso but having a kettle sometimes it is really nice. Bathroom despite is really stylish can be better maintained (shower, floor). Breakfast is italian average but could be better hotel is a bit far from city center. There were no restaurants in a hotel, only for snacks or light meals were available. Extortionate mini bar prices €15 for a tiny pineapple juice!!! Rooms quite small - if we weren't upgraded I would've been a bit dissapointed for £170 per night!. small room. Rooms are not very big. Nothing. - Room is small. - Location is quite far from subway. very poor wi-fi service breakfast choices could be more extensive for such hotel. Room little small. That i have to leave!. Poor restaurant service at breakfast a bit slow. the bathroom is well designed but not really practical and convenient at all. The door boy offered taxi service, gave us his private phone number and said he could be at our service any time. It became clear to us that he wanted money for these extra services, and it did not seem like the management knew about his doings. He became very pushy, it became uncomfortable for us and we tried to avoid him. The rest of the staff were professional, service minded and very friendly!. The superior double room is one that I would call without "windows". The windows that they have are 30x30 centimeters at knee level and two of them on the ceiling covered by blinds which could not be removed. For this price level, the rooms on the 4th (last floor) are hardly worth it. Hotel services below this price-level standards: no single working iron for 4 days, no towels/soap/shampoo in the Spa, really bad bathroom lightening making impossible to put make-up - style way beyond substance. Staff incapability of dealing with anything didn’t help, despite their general friendliness. Unfortunately was highly disappointed. Probably better for business travellers. Staff not that knowledgeable/helpful on tourist issues. But if you know what you're doing a nice place to stay. the price, in the Milan Design Week, is overly expensive. The room was a single room but we are in two... there is no possibility of having two single beds. small rooms, lack of space in the breakfast area, surroundings (buildings under construction), breakfast could be more various. upon arrival we came into a steaming hot room:28 degrees Celsius! There were not enough pillows on our bed and the rooms and bathroom are quite small: not even room to put your own toiletries. There is no free coffee/tea in the room and only few of the staff speak English. the bed was very hard. The location of the hotel was very far from any tourist locations or shopping districts in the city. Bed linen not clean, stains and hair everywhere. The room with out windows that looked like a prison, the shower was compleatly broken no cold water( i was not able to take my shower), as it was late they couldnt manage anything, moreover the hotel was booked they couldnt change our room, it was really dissapoiting experience for us. Extremely basic facilities for a hotel of this price; small rooms. The service / value for money. The service was not up to standard. Every thing was so bad and below my expectation! Rooms are so small; food was average; services is fair! I am so disappointed for your recommendation for this hotel!.
