Frendly and helpfull stuff, excellent location just few minutes by feet from Duomo, Castle and The Last Supper, metro and restaurants were very close, the room was really quiet and cosy. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Good location, near Cadorna Station (Malpensa Express Train) and the Duomo. Friendly staff, and overall good facility.Everything, friendly helpful staff, spotlessly clean, would recommend to everyone will definately stay here again when we return to Milan.

It wasn't easy because they had problems with accepting 4 different credit cards. non of them worked for them although we checked them with our bank and all of them were perfectly fine. so after exchanging 10 emails and 4 phone calls they finally agreed to take the payment upon arrival.We paid a bargain price of eur 80 p room, which was very good value. Theoriginal price was 395, which would definitely not be good value formoney. Breakfast room was too small, we had to wait 20 minutes to get atable for breakfast. A restaurant at the hotel would be nice. We arrived on Sunday, so it was hard to find any open restaurants in the neighbourhood.The dinning room too small, too much noise from Corso Magenta street. Room facing noisy main street.The amenities in toilet are basically useless. Its better if they put a toothbrush instead of 2 sewing kits !!. Service was not reliable and not well organized. Service has to become better in many points!. The initial smell of the room - apparently this was due to dry cleaning the carpet - immediately had to open the window to get rid of the smell!. Breakfast could have been better.Breakfast was poor according to international standards. A bit hard to find and not many places to eat cheaply in the area.Poor protection from tram noise, no parking policy, small bathroom.
