Wonderful staff, all multilingual. Included breakfast very satisfactory and nice facilities. the hotel staff and the quality of the service. The staff were nice and helpful, the room was clean and the breakfast was good as well. In general regarding Milan as an expensive city the price of the hotel was acceptable. staff, comfort, attitude, location. Position near public transport.
