Perfect for a budget friendly hotel for a couple nights. The room was very clean, not as small as I was expecting, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. It was right around the corner from the Duomo, so the location was great. Although not walking distance from the train station, it's just a 5 minute, 10 Euro cab ride away. The Staff at Hotel Nuovo was most courteous,friendly, helpful and full of local knowledge which they were willing to share. Our stay in Milano because of the staff was made so much more easy and enjoyable thank you. Isidoro & Lorraine Australia.
all reviews » The City is fantastic a real cultural experience. No language barrier English was spoken and most signe were in Italian and English. Metro easy The Owners of the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Also very accommodating. Location is good.Close to subway station and the Church. The room is clean, apply luggage save after check out. The shower is extremely small, and has a curtain instead of a panel - when taking shower I would constantly touch (and stick) to the shower curtain which was really annoying.. Return the key every time we leave the hotel. No. The staff did not help to carry the luggage even though there was no elevator. The rooms were small and dark and the bathroom was not in the best condition. 1.noisy 2. no breakfast 3. old mattresses and uncomfortable pillows. It didn't have a hairdryer. Showering is a challenge. The shower would wet the bathroom floor as there is not a door to separate one from the other. The price doesn't cover breakfast. Lack of soap:) Shower with non-removable head. Noise outside. There is no hair dryer. There is no fridge. There is no lift. Bit noisy as it is very central. No cold water, later no hot water. No fridge no food facilities no coffee/tea facilities.
