we liked their hospitality and friendliness. The hotel staff was very helpful. They especially called a person knowing Indian Language(Hindi) so that we do not have any difficulty in communicating things. The breakfast was wholesome and specially the person (?forgetting name) who used to serve us tea and cappuccino. He guided us to important places in Milan. our best wishes are with him. However if you want to give access to people who are doing business shopping it would be good to have facilities such as scale to check weight of luggage, a place to pack luggages, it can be outside or in the parking. Otherwise fantastic!!! English language has been a plus for your customers. If you need a budget hotel in Milan, closed to the main attractions of this beauty city, this is a correct choice. The hotel has a friendly staff, good facilities and a good breakfast.
