The hotel staff is very very nice and friendly!!! We arrived there so early in the morning that the hotel room haven't finished yet. Therefore, the staff put us in to another hotel nearby which is very nice as well. Thank you again for your kindness;). Friendliness and helpfulness of staff, satellite tv, nice room (a bitsmall though) with good aircon and balcony. Nice breakfast. Much betterthan a 3 star that we stayed at.
all reviews » It was a very quiet room. The air conditioner cooled down the room very quickly. It was very clean and it had a good shower. The owner was very nice. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpfull and the rooms are perfect! Everything works and is available: from refridgerator to hairdryer!. The hotel is so clear and the staff is very kind and helpful. The breakfast was really good. It is close to the center of Milan. free internet, good location, great staff. Room was clean and quiet. AC worked, it was hot. Breakfast ok.The friendliness of the staff and their willingness to help on anyoccassion made our visit very pleasant. Breakfast was quite poor.No Italian coffee, only American-style (but not-Italians will have no problems with this), no warm milk, no fresh bread, almost only pre-packaged things. Furniture is quite unappealing and old, surroundings not the best you can find. Cramped shower. All in all everything rather low-key. No lift and lack of parking facilities (2 spots on the street outside the hotel). It was cold, no lift. Poor shower, not enough hot water at first day. Not enough tables for leaving things both in toilet and hotel room. More variation to breakfast.we didn't like the fact that room was put in order every day, but sheets and towels were not changed during our 3 nights stay. a bit noisy on the lower floors.
