The hotel is near center and is of Holiday Inn standard. The guy at thereception desk - elvis was great. He was very helpful from the moment wewalked in to the hotel till tha moment we walked out. Such a great guy. Care staff, conditioning works well, good sound insulation windows, excellent breakfast.Almost everything except distance from city center but is not important at all.

Some lamps not working and the kettle was missing (although this wasrectified this when requested). No provision for evening meal withoutordering a take-away!. Room was too hot and air conditioning could not be lowered sufficiently. Despite assistance of managers I must say that there is a confusion about prices, I end up taking on 2 rooms not as planned and this ruined the rest of my holiday. The staff was quite rude. It marred our trip to Milan. There was also no transportation to the airport, as stated on the website. Pillows were like rocks Hotel seemed to be a little out of the way hence the free shuttle bus to the station. insufficient air-conditioning. We felt hot in room.
