Me and my friend, we stayed in Euro Inn from 20-25.11.2013. We had a double room with private bathroom and a balcony. It was clean and also every day there was a housekeeping service, i.e. the beds were fixed, the garbage was taken out, towels were changed if requested and free toiletries were left in the room, which was very nice. Also there was a hairdrier in the bathroom. The wi- fi connection was excellent. The location was good. It's few km from the city center and if you want to explore t.
all reviews » No complaints really. When I booked the room I expected a double bed and a shared bathroom. Instead, my friend and I got a double and a single bed and a private bathroom. We stayed for three nights, they changed the sheets and towels and gave us new soap and shampoo each day, threw the garbage out. Staff was friendly enough. We didn't take advantage of the breakfast that was included but even so I think it's great value for money. The lift was awesome, never imagined that kind of lift would be there in this budget friendly hotel. Everything is close by. In a night where I starved, I can easily walked down below 10 minutes to get some foods. Hoping into the public transportation was easy due to the near distance, both the Metro and the fascinating old line 1 Tram. Wifi was fast even though I had to ask first due to small problem earlier. The rooms were very good , and clean and tidy ans no smell The reception manager , was very helpful , but the printer were not working Excellent value for money , and nearby nice small restraurants and phone booths so 4 star for this no star B&B. Cheap and good rooms, bath room in clean condition (depends a little bit on the guests), good place near the city, subway tickets are cheap, subway station nearby (5 min to walk). The cleaning man was very friendly and helpful. This hotel is located near railway station and only 300 meters from metro that can take you to the city center. The service speak English quite well. The heating in the living room was not working (in our room as well as in the room of our friends), but only the heating in the bathroom. Nevertheless, we were leaving the bathroom door open so it was not cold. They could improve the breakfast a little bit, because it consists only of sweets (croissant, cake, jelly...) and it is the same every day. I couldn't sleep very well because it was a bit too noisy from the street but my friend didn't seem to mind it so I guess it depends if you're a light sleeper or not. A bit hard to notice for the first time since the door was small and no particularly noticeable signs. The breakfast service was very poor , it took 30 minutes to make a cup of coffee and the two staff didnt have a clue of what they were doing The staff can become more friendly and if they give smile and cheer the traveller , they will do great business. The morning service could be quicker (the coffee arrived after finishing the chocolate croissants) but acceptable for that price. Not the most silent rooms, but was ok. If I must mention something, the rather informal reception attire. breakfast was a bit poor but still ok... Wifi didn't reach the third floor, the beds weren't so comfortable. Nothing. I didn't like the reception staff. They were rude and unpolite. The custer service was below zero!. poor breakfast. Was cold in the room in October. Nothing. When we first arrived at 0230 pm, we were informed that we had to wait 20 mins fir the rooms and it actaully took 30 mins. The room was cold. We booked one double and one twin room. The double one was big but lack of good heating. The bathroom water was not so warm. They accept both cash and card payment, but if you pay with card you have to pay 3% extra. The luggage room is in basement and seems not so safe since its without doorlock. So dont leave valueable belings behind. Our room seemed unfinnished with wires hanging out the walls and the most baisic facilities. Don't bother with a breakfast included deal, breakfast was a joke compared with every other BnB or hotel we have been staying in. A couple of pieces of dry cold pre packaged toast with jam and a coffee. Breafast could start earlier. Staff is unfriendly. Managed to get a grunt out of the staff in the morning! Why move furniture around at 3am so that the whole hotel is awake?. Hotel direction description needs more clarifications how to go from airport or other city important parts. Hotel rooms doesn't have air condition and rooms extrembly hot in summer. person of the stuff very rude. noisy. Very expensive parking places (10 euros/day), the rooms weren't that tidy, the breakfast was very limited (1-2 bread slices with butter and jam). Wi-fi initially not working in the room - had to call receptionist and have him come fix the antenna on the roof, then was all set. We were on a triple bedroom (1 king + 1 single) - I didn't like the position of the single bed, in a corner under tilted roof (little space). standard amount of towels (dont change it) smell in the bathroom only 1 cup of coffee on breakfast if you have long car....you will have some difficulties with garrages gate. It was shocking when we arrive at the hotel. We couldn't find the reseption, because, it is behind a ordenary door. The hotel is still constructuring, so there are a lot of noice. A lot of workers in every floors. No any order, every thing is dusty. Soooo cold, not good connection of wifi, we can pay just in cash (not by credit card), poor breakfast ... The box in the bathroom was not clean. the staff were the worst I met during my euro trip. Poor breakfast, parking 10 €/day, staff - not friendly. Condition of the rooms. It was too cold!. I was terribly cold and there was one heater that doesn't heat itself. this is a mistake not a B&B, room standard - just a bed nothing else lol, breakfast hmm good luck with that, I think that was the biggest mistake in my life ahh and no hot water in the morning !!!. Arrogance and lack of education of the employee. buff is rude.the breakfast is nothing.there is so cood in the night.this is the worst hotel i have seen.never come again. Horrible hotel. I have never seen such arrogant hotel staff anywhere in the world. The receptionist was very rude. Our check in was delayed and the receptionist told us that it was not his problem and we could leave and go to any other place to stay. I will not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. Euro Inn should get rid of its receptionists (both the one in the morning and the one in the evening) and hire someone who is polite to customers. Shit small hotel, only take cash, no credit card and refuse the clients in the night without cash. bed and breakfest is terrible!!!. The stuff is unpolite. The place is unclean (realy disgusting). It was like sleeping in a building site since they are renewing the building. We had unprotected electricity wires close to our beds. We booked a parking and we didn't get it. It is written that breakfast is included, we didn't get any. Basically they stole our money!! It was terrible!! Do never go there!!.
