But the parking is just next to the hotel and the gate was automatically opened as we were close to it. Wonderful. The staff were very helpful .The breakfast was excelent. Although the hotel is close to a tram line, it is located in a business district. Unfortunately there are no bars, restaurants or clubs in the area, so I don’t recommend this hotel for people wanting a ‘lively’ experience of Milan. Location wouldn’t have been a problem if the hotel was located on a metro line. Bathroom smelled of mildew; very small room.the room is too small. Shower head was filthy and beds were not completely made - but that may be how they do it. Service during breakfast was poor (unfriendly), everytime you went to get something from the bar the waiters would start packing table. Service at reception good.I was disappointed with this hotel given the reviews I'd read. It was a long tram ride from the centre not walkable and the trams were infrequent. We were put in a room on a floor being painted and had to ask to be moved as the smell of paint was so strong. Hotel was very impersonal and business like. Wouldn't stay again.
