The bed room was so spacious. There are only three individual beds in my dorm where you can easily put another three beds. Wifi was working very well in the bedroom as well and the bathroom was very clean. the second fridge near the bedroom was handy in the hot summer too. very close to metro station. It was very comfortable, I felt like home and extended my stay a few more nights than my initial plan.

Some of the visitors were quite noisy and were taking ages in the bathrooms and toilets but i guess you can't control this. The hot water stopped and started whenever it felt like it. bed not big;. Using a microwave to cook my food. You cannot choose your neighbors. You will not be allowed to use the oven and stove. Only microwave is free for use. Breakfast is okay the day when they buy the products, after this it is not that good. The don't care about very basic things. Like toilet roll and the broken showers. I discovered during my stay that no toilet rolls on the wc's. Can not lock room door Breakfast was very poor Toilet paper was missing. Problems with hot water in bathrooms. slow wifi. only one bath room. the bed.. There was not breakfast in the morning in saturday . We paid for night with breakfast!. The price was high for those kind of service. It was real hostel but no hotel at all. It was noisy and cold inside. 1) Breakfast was awful, I recommend hotel to eliminate it because it makes the hotel view worse! 2) no air conditioner! in Milan's hot weather.
