The location. To be able to connect the iPhone to the local HiFi in the room.
The access to the building is a bit tricky and there is a big staircase to access the rooms. Even though the breakfast (served in a place nearby) was ok, and the place was modern and clean, we found some insects in the food and in the floor the last day of our stay.
No place to open a decent suitcase (or two)!.
