Two mins from the vaporetto stop from the main island of Venice, (and therefore, the vap from the station) and on the main road which leads straight to the public beach, 3 mins walk. Really nice place....verry close to the Lido SME, where you can take boat to the main Venice. No. 5.1 and 1 goes straight to S. marco. from Lido SME you can take bus A, B..... and first second stop is this few steps away from the location.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We even came 30 min late to breakfast the first morning and they said it was no problem, and even brought us a warm croissant from the kitchen. - The staff was very nice, the room clean and warm and confortable. The breakfast was enough for all tastes.
