  Clean - Didn't like this hotel, had to wait for our room to be cleaned even thou we arrived after the book in time, cannot get breakfast even thou we paid for it, need to get train at 8 o clock breakfast does not start until 7.30 would not offer us anything, cannot get a drink only coffee or soft drinks, very poor service for the price of the roo... what people say » m would not recommend this hotel

  The staff was really nice and helpful! The room we booked had 2 single beds, at the check in the guy mentioned it to us and offered to look for a room with a double bed. So we were upgraded to the Superior Ladies Room. It was a really nice room, it had sports equipment, hair-style devices, complimentary tea and water and some nice beauty products.... what people say » The location is very close to the party of Milano. - Very friendly and helpful staff. The room is spacious and the bathroom well equipped and cristal clean. The location is good, within walking distance from Garibaldi train and metro station. If you fly to/from Malpensa, there is a direct train from Garibaldi station, very easy and accesible.

  The whole experience was delightful, the staff were really friendly and helpful and the restaurant in the hotel served the best food we had in milan. Although the whole experience was expensive, we knew this when we booked it.   According to their own brochure, they have 3 locations. Me and my daughter stayed 4 nights on the property right opposite the Lancetti station. From the door of the apartment its about 300m to the door of the train (train station is across the street but there is a bit of a walk and 2 mandatory flights of stairs). Tram is 50m away. The tram will take you - The location is quite good, not in the center but the tram and bus station is in front of the residence. It is easy to take bus to Milano Centrale or San Siro stadium. It is also near Carrefour supermarket. The room is quite clean but not everyday they have cleaning service. I like this location also by the reason of calm.

I phoned the managers when I arrived at the airport and there was someone waiting for me with a key when I got to the apartment. The apartment is clean and basic and very spacious. It was spotless and very comfortable for our family of four. Two adults and two kids. There was also a supermart nearby and just below the appartment there were a number of cafes.
