  Grado is a very nice place and the hotel is in one of the best locations, with view of the lagoon and yacht harbor, 2 minutes walk to the beach. The room was spacious, clean with a large terrace, rooftop spa facilities.   We received a complementary welcome drink, aircon was working perfectly. Location was very good. - Hotel is nicely located place in Grado, and great for a weekend break. Also really nice and friendly hotel staff is a grat plus of this hotel. Not to mention that room had a balcony.

  We just had one night in late September here. The owner/managers were very attentive and friendly. Our room was at the back and was very clean, everything worked but it was a little dated. Nice 2nd floor public terrace overlooking the lagoon good for an evening drink. Breakfast varied and plentiful in pleasant dining room also overlooking the lago... what people say » on. Free private parking at the rear of the hotel. A short and mainly pedestrianised walk into the centre and the beaches - for a bath-like swim in th - The owners were very friendly. Every day they asked if everything was okay. The breakfast was very good. And there is plenty of information about the surroundings available at the hotel. The airconditioning was very welcome when you came back at the end of the day.
