Fantastic hotel with great staff. We arrived early and were able to check straight in. The hotel is quiet and spotless, easily the cleanest I have stayed in whilst travelling around Italy for 5 weeks. The breakfast was enjoyable with cereal and fruit (limited) a nice change from sweet bread or croissants, althiugh they were also available. Great location, will definately say here again. Upon returning to Hotel Rivamare, we were so warmly welcomed, it felt like coming home to family. Our beautiful oceanview room with terrace was clean, quiet and very comfortable. Breakfast was very nice and eating on the terrace in front of the sea was exceptional. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Ischia and, already, I can't wait to return. Thank you all for a wonderful stay.
all reviews » The staff was extremely friendly,nice and helpful. The rooms and the whole hotel was clean and tidy all the time.The beach is directly in front of the hotel and from the terrace you can enjoy the wonderful seaview especially during breakfast.We were amazed:). It was a pleasure to be there, the staff were so friendly and helpful, the location was excellent, easy to relax there. Tour trip around the island was great as was a day at therm park. All good, would stay there again. I liked the location it was very central the décor of the hotel was lovely it was a lovely basic hotel and good value. I would go back. very clean and new hotel, very good friendly people working there.upgrade me with better room ,location is nice as well. very nice staff; helped us a lot during our stay. near the port, near commercial street, close to beach. Avevo bisogno di fattura e non c'è stato modo di ottenerla. Solitamente tutti gli alberghi prenotati tramite booking mi chiedono l'autorizzazione al pagamento all'arrivo in hotel (e chiedono se desidero pagare con modalità diversa dalla carta di credito), in questa struttura ciò non è successo e lo trovo non corretto. jelly fish in sea. nothing. Cleaners don't speak English, it's very hard to explain the things to them. The room was very, very small. The breakfast was very poor.
