The room I was staying in was absolutely fabulous, but the best thing was the kindness of Alessia, the receptionist: I can't really imagine a better treatment, she was helpful and very nice to me and my friend and really made us feel like at home.   Very helpful owners. Woke me up at 5 for the airplane and served me breakfast at this early hour. The coffee was great! And they had checkout hours 8-10. Nice soft bed, quiet. Good decor done for little money. Beautiful little garden.   We had an early flight from cia on Saturday morning so drove from Bisceglie (near Bari) to Rome on Friday and had pre-booked this hotel. I was already looking forward to staying here as within 2 minutes of making the booking, I was contacted directly by the hotel to check what our specific requirements were with regards to the sleeping arrangement... what people say » s for my children. The email was friendly and welcoming much like the ambience of the hotel. As soon as we pulled up outside it looked very charming. - La Villetta Suite is Tucked away in a quiet private road.Perfect when you are visiting Rome. Upon arrival We were greeted warmly by Luca. The room was ideal large enough for 2 adults & 2 teenagers. There was a small minibar/fridge. When I asked for a kettle (& tea cups,sugar..)it was also very quickly given to me. The atmosphere there was very relaxed and quiet. The hotel was secure, gate locked at night,you just needed a password to enter. We had a small balcony where we had a nice vi
