This was my second time at the hotel. If you are staying in the Forli area then I think you will find the location excellent - 2 minutes from the airport and you don't hear the planes from inside the rooms. This time I stayed at one of the rooms at the back of the hotel, so there was no residual noise from traffic on the roads. (There are only two rooms at the front.) The staff were very polite.

Clean room, good location within town area of Forli. The traffic could be heard very clearly in the room. since there was nowhere to eat around, food selection was limited late at night.A small carpet at the entrance would help to make you feel more confortable because everything feels a bit "spartan". Just one reseptionist speaks english. If you don't know italian otherscan't help you.The breakfast could have had more choices i.e. only 1 cereal on offer. Breakfast was poor quality - coffee machine gave terrible coffee although there was good quality coffee at reception which could be bought at an extra charge. the "dependance" is near the city centre, not easy to find (no directions on the web page), with little off-street parking, and no usual hotel "facilities". No hotel reception staff present. Were greeted by man behind hatch.Unfriendly. Had trouble getting our passports returned to us as no staffwere present and then staff member refused to order taxi for us. We hadto ring the main hotel a lot to get these things sorted. The goodreviews I read before booking were about the main hotel.they did not provide us with a baby cot for our infant son, saying the room was too small when clearly it wasnt. They did not offer any other bedding so three of us were left to sleep in a double bed. very uncomfortable and unsatisfactory. then they still tried to charge us for the cot, and for a coca cola that we certainly didnt drink. Awful!!.
