  Standard of cleanliness was excellent. Friendly and well organised staff. Kitchen area was well stocked with equipment and the gardens were well maintained - Excellent facilities and a pleasant atmosphere. The manager, Gianna, was extremely helpful and knowledgable about the area. We had a wonderful stay.

  Nice place in walking distance from the city. Close enough to be comfortable, far enough to escape the street sellers. Cosy place, good breakfast, nice room.   I booked a single room without bathroom so you can imagine my surprise when I was offered an appartment instead! It was big, quiet, and fully equiped. Rooms in 4 star hotels aren't even half as good! The guy at the reception was unbelievably friendly, he helped me with the luggage, printing a plane ticket and even exchanged me a few british pounds... what people say » without asking for a fee. Definetely go there! - The location of the hotel gives you immediate access to Florence's most beautiful sites. The staff could not be nicer. Professional, competent, caring, helpful. The entire staff went out of their way to make our stay in Florence a very special experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable and homey. I strongly recommend Hotel Bellettini to anyone who has plans to be in Florence. Delightful.

  We really loved this hotel. Our room was enormous, with a very nice bathroom. It was very clean and comfortable. There was a small refrigerator in the room so we could keep drinks and snacks handy. The staff was very pleasant, and the breakfast was the best that we had, with eggs, ham, lots of different fruit, cereal, yogurt, cappucino. Breakfast was good, and coffee in our room the cheapest in Florence! We stayed in a lovely room with a painted ceiling and balcony, and had clean bedding and towels every day. We loved this hotel and would thoroughly recommend it to any one else.

  By far the best hostel we've stayed at. Room was immaculately clean andspacious, there's a kitchen on each floor so there is no overcrowding.It's not a party place but it's very secure and comfortable. The stationis about a 10 minute walk, and the centre of town is easily reached byfoot. Highly recommended - It was really close to the train station... what people say » , just a quick walk away. When we got there we were greated by a 24 hour front desk with staffed by very nice people. Our rooms were very nice, simple and clean.
