The concierge was very friendly and attentive. Room was spacious and clean. breakfast was filling. very close to everything and the railstation. Good location, easy to walk to the Duomo and train station. Piazza right outside but prices fairly similar to those in the Piazza Republica which is really nice. Staff helpful and breakfast was enough to keep you going past lunch!!. The room was very large and comfortable for a very reasonable price. all reviews »
Clean, not so expensive, good breakfast, nice staff. We also get the tovels. But the toilet facilities was poor (was clean but the so small).Was quite and I could sleep well. Very well located, good choice for the price. We arrived early to check in and out rooms were ready.The staff (namely, Giulia). the location and the easiness to find when your slightly inebriated.The location was good as was the staff. the only thing is that they have central a/c so for some its colder then others.the windows of our room were opening to the piazza side which was loud til 3am and again starting 4-5 am. Very simple facilities, but clean and can't really complain for the price. Note that the reception is in the 'other hotel' on the first floor. The shower was really bad.Quality of room (bathroom equipment, fan out of function, windows,mosquitos, no facilities for disabled people etc.). Extremely poor condition of room and facilities within the room. The small room that we had is a death trap of hidden open windows. Tiled floors meant that ever time you came out of the shower if you didnt have a towel on the floor you would be flying on your backside in no time. I was very disappointed with this "hotel" i travelled all over europe and this was one of my most expensive rooms andit was worse then any of the hostels i stayed in. To deem this property a hotel is a very very large stretch of ones imagination. I was very disappointed witht this property.
