Excellent location: close to Termini and city center. Quiet. Attentive personnel - special thanks to Carlo. the personnel at the front desk very kind and helpfull. Location, staff and the parking place. The staff. -the noise from the street i could hear from the first car in the morning; -although since we stayed 2 nights and the cleaning room was made, the sheet that was dirty in the morning haven't been changed (although the bed was made).

Each of the 45 rooms has been completely refurbished in February 2007. Many enjoy views over Florence. As well as the facilities listed in "room descriptions", en suite rooms offer a minibar which can be filled on request and a kettle. Many rooms can be easily converted into family rooms.

By car from Milan-Bologna (A1) or Genova-Lucca (A11/A12):
- Exit at Florence North, then follow signs for centre/railway station.

From Rome (A1):
