The place is realy nice. It's not in the center of the Florence but as we came with a car that was not a problem.Hotel is great and placed on the hill and very peaceful. Breakfast was great . Rooms are clean and nice furnished. Altogether nice place to stay. Nice location and grounds. Free internet.It is close to the centro storico - walking distance, but there is also a bus stop near.

Travelling information

By Car:
- Leave the A1/E35 Milano-Roma motorway at the Firenze Certosa exit.
- Follow the signs to the city centre and Porta Romana.
- From Piazza Porta Romana head down Via Poggio Imperiale.
- At the first traffic lights you will see the hotel on your left-hand side.

By Bus:
Bus number 11 leaves from Piazza Santa Maria Novella (by Florence train station) to Due Strade. Get off at the Via del Gelsomino stop - the hotel is just a few metres away.
