The Reception staff went out of their way to be as helpful as possible. A great credit to your hotel. Service and interiors.. Classy all the way.The room is nicely decorated and most importantly, very neat and tidy.10 minutes walk along the river to the main attractions and 10 moreminutes walk to the city centre. The staff is very friendly and couldspeak fair English, he knew that we would like to go to the mall and hehelped us to print out the relevant bus transfer information.
