Florence is a beutiful old city. get a cab dont drag your luggege around looking for the hotel unless its real close. once we were in the hotel the owners were real nice and relaxed this made for a friendly attmosphere the room is small but comfortable and they did have the best American music channel on tv and a good breakfest. you can walk to most of the city in less than twenty minutes and the people in Florence were very nice.

The air conditioner is great and very cool during our hot summer trip. Hairdryer provided, just ask. The breakfast is simple and the old man made a great cappuccino! The location is near to the train station. Very comfortable bed, hot show, had some English channels, great location close to the leather markets, and great value only 35 euro for a night in the double room as a single!. Like the old couple, very friendly and helpful although they don't speak English. Breakfast is good! Room is clean and quiet. Nice Location near the market. Good location Good price. nothing. we had to leve. The mattress kind of old. The shower drain quite slow so have to low down the pressure and shower quickly. The location a little bit tricky, but just ask the locals if lost. The toilet was rocky, the walls were a little thin, but I few asleep fine with the tv going. Breakfast should be bigger. Our room's washing bowl is sucked, water just go very slowly. Luckily they are at 1/F, otherwise it is not OK for travelers with heavy suitcase. There's no elevator in the hotel. Rooms with mold. The hotel could do with a freshen up in decor, room amenities such as plugs in the bathroom for sink, bath and bidet should be there. the staff didn't speak good English. they didn't offer to help at all with the luggage. breakfast was poor and there was very bad water pressure in the shower. Internet sometimes did not work in the rooms. The room was not comfortoble and also we cannot say it was clean enough.. The price is the hotel is a little bit expensive I think. The man in the reception at night does not speak English. The shower was OK.. but it was pretty small:/. No elevator, Staff can't speak english, bed was hard, walls were paper thin as we could hear everything. Wifi did not work. The room was not so clean. bathroom, beds,noise from other room and the street, terrible breakfast, no lift. Absolutely avoid during the cold seasons, it was freezing in my room.... The over impression is unsatisfactory , the location was acceptable though not ideal, but the hotel and room was dirty. Staff at night couldn't speak or understand English, thereby I face serious problem at the time of check in. Not worth the money spent !.
