We loved Firenzesuite. City is beautiful we wished we'd stayed more than one night. The staff are really friendly and kind, the suite was immaculate, tastefully decorated with a little patio garden. Communal areas were pristine. Located on a peaceful street only about 5mins city centre. We had air con, slippers, toiletries, and a little kitchenette. We are going back soon. Thanks. What a great hotel! Our suite was huge, clean and well appointed. The proprietors thought of every detail, from house slippers to coffee, complementary sodas in the frig and chocolates for my children, dinner reservations and cabs - they really could not have been more accommodating. I highly recommend Firenzesuite for everyone, but especially for families.

They made reservations for us at the Uffizi (we didnt know this was the sneaky way to avoid the lines) and let us use the internet. The kitchenette in the room was very useful as well. We stayed in the Azzuro room and it was fantastic. The hotel staff was absolutely outstanding. They made sure to contact the parking garage to notify them of our arrival as we had no idea of where to park in Florence. They answered every question we asked. We had a beautiful room and even received chocolates! Was perfect for our honeymoon.good location to town center. Our suite was large and wonderful with beautifully painted high ceilings and very clean. The staff was absolutely charming and very helpful and we had an unforgettable experience. Everything. If location is important, you need to let them know that as they have residences in several locations in Florence and that isn't very clear. In some instances there was insufficient crockery / kitchen utensils touse for four persons. The floors in the rooms needed a wash as they weregritty and dusty. A couple of floor standing fans would have beenhelpful as even with the windows wide open it was very hot in theapartment.the lift was not functioning at the time we checked in so we had to carry our suitcases up about 5 flights. All very good - breakfast would be a great addition. a bit noisy. The rooms was very spacious, but without windows. It was therefore missing natural light.There was a little bit of traffic noise early morning as the room faced the road - but it wasn't too bad most of the night. The siting of the plumbing in the bath was misplaced, therefore having a shower was a real danger, I went over once, the elderly should not use it.isolation from street noise. The bed was very uncomfortable, a bit hard and the towels shed so whenever you used them they left lint all over, but the were increadibly soft.Breakfast room was tiny and very crowded.
