Location was great and easy to access from the motorway. The gated parking assured us of the secure parking. Bus stop was a short walk down the street and about 15 minutes straight into the city. The room was tidy and acceptable for the price paid. It also had Air Conditioning, which was nice for our 90+ degree weather. Regardeless very late arrival (arround 2:00 am) very prompt accomodation Polite, helpfull and very nice person at the reception (Masssimo) Secured parking place Close to the highway, but also close to the city by direct bus from hotel to the city centre going every 15 - 20 min.
all reviews » Liked the fact it was so easy to bus downtown to the train station. It. Is also within walking distance to airport. By walking I mean 10 minutes straight there. Staff was young and friendly. Also it had a good breakfast. Eur Hotel is very close to Florence Airport, which suited as we arrived fairly late in the evening, and required convenient accommodation for the night prior to picking up a car and driving through Tuscany the next. Very nice staff, she gave us all the details to explore Firenze! Comfortable room, with private parking and a bar in the hotel. Bus stop close to the hotel (200 or 300m). I recommend this hotel!. The staff was wonderful, employees at the front desk and at breakfast were friendly and helpful. Our room had a large balcony. Good breakfast offering. Direct bus to the city center is close. 5 Star service from the staff! The hotel is very clean and comfy and is a short bus ride from the centre of town. Just a minor thing, using the AC in the medium speed was a bit noisy. The bus stops around 11 pm. Because we didn't know where it picked us up, we missed it and ended up hiring a taxi to bring us back to the hotel at night. The hotel could provide more information about the schedule and stops. There was no refrigerator in the room. The asserted free WIFI connection the facto not worked (but it was a temporary problem and was mentioned in advance by the staff). The air condition was noisy. The shower cabin was incredibly narrow. A minor issue which was addressed immediaely. Had to change rooms because of a heating issue. The shower was extremely small, almost as if an after thought. Staff were a little mixed. Small shower; far from the historic centre, but easily accessible by bus. Rather far from the center of Florence. very small shower. Small lift Ugly building Mild Red light district. 5 minutes from the Florence Airport - not near downtown or any of the tourist attractions. I found it rather difficult to gain entry to the car park and drove by the hotel about 4 times before I spotted the entrance!. rooms were absolutely tiny, but hey.... Small rooms poor breakfast. The sheets might be more clean, but not a bog deal. Bathroom is crazy small - shower is beside toilet and I promise you will have whole bathroom under water. Walls are bit dirty. Air conditioning is set not to allow heating above 20c which was far below what we are used to. Wall ac sockets are standard but you can only plug in devices that have narrow prickers. Front desk sold us a voucher for a restaurant down the road (which had fantastic food) but the voucher they sold us did not cover the food options that were shown to us. They said we could chose from 4-5 dishes for 1st and 2nd plate each, with water and a glass of wine included, the restaurant only gave a choice of 3 each and not the items offered when buying the voucher. The hotel is rather worn - the room was really clean but worn. the breakfast - there kind of was choice of several different things, juice did not taste like juice, coffee was very weak, and croissants were rather buns. but there was some cereal, some cheese, some fruit, jams etc. so you could manage something, but if breakfast is really important - this is not quite the place. Also, a bit noisy due to being on a big street, especially if room has windows facing street. We stayed just for one night before the flight back to Tokyo, so it was ok but room and bathroom were very small. the breakfast is very poor. The hotel took my money double. The rooms are very congested snd narrow. Hotel is in desperate need of a refurbishment. Old furniture and finishings. Bathroom is fit for a dwarf. Thank God, we only stayed there for 1 night and was only too glad to leave early the morning after. Far from 3-star hotel, tiny room witn tiny bathroom. Area Noisy bar ( loud music ) Breakfast. Bar downstairs very noisy, we had roadworks startup at 5 at night and finished 5a.m. very small and old bathroom. Only stayed 1 of our 2 night's. we didn't get a parking place, small bathroom in bad conditions. cold room.
