The room was gorgeous. Staff was friendly,efficient, warm, and welcoming. Breakfast was wonderful. We loved the hotel and will stay again. Location was superb, right in the middle of Florence and convenient to historic sites and shopping. The service was excellent and the location was perfect as we were getting married at the church across the way. Marco at the front desk went above and beyond in helping us and the whole staff was warm and inviting.
