we had a 3 bed room which was very big for Florence and nicely decorated, big bathroom too. the administrator friendly, he recommended a very nice restaurant( expensive but worth the money) .
decoration is very nice. personal is very friendly and intimate. room is comfortable, bathroom is also big.

The location cos it's very central.
Location was excellent.
noisy room due to the poorly insulated Windows.
lift may be added to building.
Impossible to find. Need better directions. If you have a car, you can
almost forget about it. Once you get there, however, it's easy.
You have to go up three floors & there is no lift.
Climbing the ten flights of stairs to get there and the street noise even with the windows closed.
