  The person at the front desk was extremely helpful and really went out of her way for us. We were very impressed with her. We didn't see much of the hotel because we came late and left early, but the room was nice enough. - The location and ambience were superb. The staff were friendly and very efficient.

  Very nice and quiet location. We had the penthouse which was quite comfortable. Dinner was excellent! We had to cut our stay from 6 to 2 nights (because of the horrible weather) and this was settled without any problem (or extra costs). - Free bike rental to ride along the farms. Superb hospitality, room, facility and meals.

  Beautiful hotel very close to the arch of the historical center. Large bedroom with lovely views. Seemed more like a 4 star than a 3. Large modern bathroom. The hotel is family run with excellent service and friendly staff ready to give helpful advice . They also have a restaurant with delicious traditional umbrian dishes and excellent wines. All ... what people say » in all a delightful hotel - The Oro Rosso has the friendliest and most helpful owners I have ever met! Maria Antonietta catered to my special diet and even saved us 250 Euros when we almost got towed! (Long story.) The rooms are lovely and the location is excellent. I recommend the Oro Rosso most highly!
