Staff are all helpful and friendly including the chef. We had dinner one evening and it did not disappoint. All amazing I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

The location is perfect as a home base for exploring many of the picturesque towns of Tuscany and Umbri - Milena was a wonderful hostess. She went above and beyond to make us feel at home. She gave us personal and individualized service. The food was tasty and homemade. The B&B is a lovely building surrounded by a nice garden, with great views of the countryside.

  Very nice room, they let me choose. Nice owner, helped me with my luggage and gave me a lift to the station on my way home. Great breakfast by choice in the cafe at the next corner, paid by the hotel because of my long stay. The hotel is located 5 minutes on foot from the Duomo and 5 minutes on foot from the bus stop to other Tuscan cities. It's actually an apartment attached to the owners house, so I'd recommend bringing things that you'd like to cook/drink with you.   Good location just out of town, you will need a car though. The owners are great and very helpful we have made friends and will stay again when we are next in Italy. We stayed for 5 days as we needed a rest from the constant travelling and this was a great place to do it. The animals are fun with two watch geese who make sure everyone knows you have arrived. - We loved the couple who own the B&B. They did everything possible to ensure we had a great time. They went out of their way to make recommendations on dining, travel and quaint spots not to miss. Their home is charming and breakfast was perfect. There was a great space in the common area for relaxing so you never confined to your room. If you want to experience real Tuscany, this is your place.
