  The central location and friendliness of staff - I liked the Zanhotel Regina very much, since the hotel is situated near the town center and the railway station and all the important sightseeing points can be easily reached on foot!   I agree with the person who asked whether they had stayed at the same hotel as many of the other reviewers. Having read the reviews, I expected something like the house in the Addams Family. I was pleasantly surprised to say the least. True the carpet and furnishings were probably not installed yesterday but they did not look particularly worn to ... what people say » me. The lobby was comfortable, the staff were helpful, the room was neat, and the price and location were unbeatable. It's not the place for a romanti - Historical nature of building; space in rooms (much larger than most hotel rooms in Italy, extremely spacious bathroom); nice paintings and furnishings; large lobby; free wifi; helpfulness of staff; reasonable (but not exceptional) breakfast (fresh fruit would be nice)
