Hotel has amazing retro-style design - for those who prefer interesting design (instead of insipid IKEA-made interiors in some other hotels). Also, in addition to shower there is full-length bath in the bathroom. Very frendly staff, and breakfast is quite good. Made to feel welcome by the very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and comfortable. Quiet with the exception of the water system! Easy walk to bus, metro and train station and similar time to restaurants - approx. 10 mins - walked in the day and at night.
all reviews » Although not central, the hotel is just a 10 minute walk from both the railway station and the town centre. A very clean and comfortable hotel with friendly and helpful staff and a simple but tasty continental breakfast. Close to the airport, with free parking and easy to find. Ten minute walk to the centre and about 15 - 20 minutes to the old town. Nice rooms, good breakfast and very helpful friendly staff. Limited parking area but easy walking distance into the city centre. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean. Parking in front of the hotel. Very good breakfast. Everything was to our liking.it was unbelievable when we walked thru those sliding doors. A trip back in time. The comfort, cleanness and the facilities are very good. There was nothing to deslike. It is a bit pricey for its location. The location is ok as it does have public transportations a block away, but there is nothing to see in the neighborhood. The room I stayed in was a bit "tired" but it was clean and, for what I paid, I thought it was still great value for money. circa 1km to city centre or train station. Parking place of the hotel was very small, however here were other public places nearby. A bit far from the town. all ok,no problem. the Location is not easy to find and far away from train station. breakfast was'nt that healthy, to much of a fatty food, would have liked more of a variety, especially more fresh fruits, salads etc, wifi is non exixtent in the hotel rooms while in the hotel lobby it was very very low connection, in my room or in the corridors i couldnt even have a decent connection. The room decoration and equipment was old and wear, it was dark and quit gloomy. Horrible design... The elevator broke down in Saturday, and was not fixed until we left on Monday morning. We did not get any discount because of that. No hot water !!!. A little bit too shabby with a construction site in front of the building. No internet - some temporary malfunction... On arrival I was given a room that was not ready. I was then given a room that turned out to be a smoking room. When I took issue, the receptionist was rude and argumentative.
