i spent a weekend at this hotel, in letsbookhotel.com it was rated 2 stars so i didn't expect much, so every thing at this hotel was a pleasant surprise. this property deserves 3 stars .i read some of the reviews below, and i agree it was a bit hard to find, i recommend asking for specific instructions from the receptionist. anyway, as said its one minute walk from main street. the i room i got was tiny but geniusly designed and very clean. it shows that someone is taking care of the details. n.
all reviews » Tel Aviv is extremely expensive for accomadation so this was a relatively modestly priced guest house. I say that because there is no lobby and the sun roof which is lovely in the evening has no daytime shade so during hot sunny weather you cannot use it. There are a few sunbeds there and tables but no sunshades.The room was very clean and comfortable good air conditioning and a kettle but cupboard space limited I was alone but stayed 2 weeks and could just about squeeze my baggage into the tin. 24 hour reception, good breakfast in a near cafe served throughout the day (7am-10pm); clean room; good a/c; friendly and helpful staff, good value for money, beautiful terrace with a view on the seaside; literary 2 min walk to the beach, many connecting buses to all parts of the city, main train/bus stations departing to other cities. Very nice & atmospheric hotel in the center of TLV. Staff is friendly & helpful, free coffee and tea in the room available, the aircon worked perfectly, my bed was comfortable with 4 pillows, bed&room very tidy & clean. pubs & restaurants & 0-24 shops are in 5min walk. i will come back again :). The staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The hotel let me leave my luggage with them prior to my flight for no charge. Breakfast was provided through vouchers for a nearby cafe; it was easy to find and had the best pain au chocolat I've ever had! Room was very clean and quiet, and the beach was nearby. Great location, good value for money, great and helpful staff. They also give voucher to the cafe close to the hotel and you can use it during the whole day,not only in the morning. Close to the beach (5-6 min), close to Allenby and all north shopping areas. right in the centre two steps from a main market - and can't hear the noise. public transport in the main street breakfast is served in a coffee place next door - great for going out. staff were great as well. great establishment, very good price for tel Aviv. Definitely not the most romantic spot in the world (for romantic weekend), but it is clean, people are nice and helpful, and close to center. Location near the beach and market. For the prices in Israel, the room was ok. The Hotel in general was what one would expect for the money. location. Just spent one day there. We have come very early and the check in was 2 PM. We have left the luggage there and come back at 1.30 and the room was free. The room was very small (just some square meters) and decorated in Russian style (full of carpets everywhere; the walls are also old schools covered with paper wall). But the room was really very,very small. I think claustrophobic people can have issues here. We had a meal plan, but we did not eat there because our back to home flight was very . The location of the hotel juste near Carmel market. arrival instruction to property are not clear enough. Noisier outside & expensive but hey this is what Tel Aviv is! So, if a nice clean room with a fridge and more than perfect wifi is enough of luxury for you, then this is the place to stay. Breakfast is delicious and the place is lovely at carmel market, but the portion is very small (for a young guy), i was hungry after breakfast. We had VERY small room for 2 pers, we saw there are some a bit larger and lighter. So it is better just to spend night in the room, not ideal for having long rest during the day. No other drawbacks. N/A. none. The only problem if facing the front of the building is the noise from the bar downstairs. It can get quite loud at night. parking. If I stayed longer, it would be quite tight: Breakfast war served in a cafe nearby (two mornings were fine). Jacousi was not clean. The whole room could do with a bit of renovations. It was a bit noisy. Check-In / check-out time. a bit loud as the walls are thin. loud music from the ground floor. noise from bar below was a big disapointment. The WiFi signal in the room was quite weak. An expensive hotel without breakfast being included and limited facilities. noise from the street was too loud. - it's a bit old and very simple and easy for that, price a bit too much I think. The breakfast is at a café type place where you are given a voucher. Unfortunately, I found it unpleasant the only day I visited but I'm a very fussy eater. the breakfast arranged at nearby bar was quite light (weak) the next door parking fee ( for those who drive a car) gets quite expensive in relation to cost of accommodation itself. Dirty street. Breakfast at another place. The extreme difficulty in finding it and a map or directions would be helpfull. size of room. The breakfast : one coffe + one prastry that's all High price for the prestation.
