We were upgraded to a 2 room suite upon check in. The room was very nice and clean. They had a mini bar but also provided complimentary water & snacks in the room. The buffet breakfast was fantastic. I am not a buffet lover but it was delicious and worth every penny!. Reception was very friendly the hotel was clean the breakfast was excellent staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The position was great Would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again unfortunately our stay was mot long enough.
all reviews » Excellent location, one of only a few hotels directly on the beach with no road in between, large pool which was not at all crowded when we were there, good breakfast, all rooms have sea view and balcony. Staff very friendly. Perfect Room and view . The parking place available at the hotel ( with na extra charge )is great, you can take and bring the car 24h. Breakfast is perfect. Elevator designating which car to take and not having to push buttons or stopping on every floor. The view. The location. The wonderful buffet breakfasts. Loved that I received an upgrade, without even asking. Loved the location, the view, the room setting. They billed by the minute even though it was a local call. Didn't like the fact I'ved asked the shift manager to stay after 3 at Shabbat, they promise that would be ok, but on shabbat they told us to leave at the time. My car was towed away because of wrong information given to me about where I can park. Whilst manager was sympathetic, they refused to pay the fine but did offer me free meal and wine as a gesture. incompetence and rudeness on the desk. The swimming pool was more like a leisure centre!. Bed linen was not changed during 3 night stay. T.V. Channels. Very poor performance of housekeeping, they didn't make up our room sometimes and if they did we had to always ask to deliver the shower gel. Poor internet. Bearing in mind the service they deliver the hotel is clearly overpriced. Slightly dated interior, but still well maintained and spacious. Arrived to be told our reservation had not been recorded. Waited over an hour to be served. Then we were given the incorrect room. This was fixed by the next day though. Concierge recommended the same places for dinner every time we asked. Gym costs extra and is very small. Other than room, the rest of the hotel looked old. Disappointing breakfast. Staff not very friendly. Things missing from the room. the prices on minibar staff not very helpful Also the man and the lady who cooked omelette very very miserable. The only letdown was the staff who only did the very minimum. Bad sweeping pool. the bellboy of the hotel gets money from each taxi you take (30 shekel) and one morning he even made a fight with the taxi driver that we took(taxi driver did not want to pay beacuse he dropped a customer at the door and we took him without the help of the bellboy)it is quite annoying to see such a fight (the bellboy is thin and old guy). This time i get very small room with lot of dust and realy old bed Altso checkin very late like 3.10pm , the reception sayed the need time to cleanit strange when checkout is 11am and at least 6 other guest which i saw get the rooms ommieditly. the place was not clean the rooms wre not cleaned properly and th estaff did not follow up. Poor room service, poor attitude by some staff, pool filled with locals who do not stay at hotel snd occupy all lounge chairs, poor gym facilities, exterior patios that are cracked and chipped, dated computers at business center, poor telephone service sometimes w/no response. Fitness center was old. Needs a coat of paint and some cleaning. Hate to have to get unfolded towels out of an open bin. No water available in workout area. Facility is getting old. the hotel was very old and shabby the rooms were terrible I was bitten by bed bugs and had to seek medical attention. Noisy, dirty Hotel. Poor quality food. Overpriced. Direct access to beach was limited as door was locked at 6 PM . Pool area could be improved.
