Excellent location (10 minute walk from the Old City down a lovely pedestrian street full of shops and restaurants) and very friendly staff. The hotel just opened up a few days before we arrived and I offered to point out a few typos in the form I had to sign. On our return from the Old City, the staff presented us with a bottle of wine to say "thank you". Nice! We were given vouchers for breakfast in a nearby cafe - real coffee and wonderful, nutritious food.

Hotel is very clean and in a perfect location. There is also wifi and parking lot. Walking distance of 15 minutes to the Old Town, 2 minutes to the fruit/grocery market Mahane Yehuda, 5 minutes to the tram and all shops and restaurants around. I honestly recommend it to everyone!. Staff really go the extra mile for guests, responding favourably to request for early checkin, efficient response to telephone requests and offering lots of information how to get around the city. All receptionists were fabulous, specially Gamil. Hotel is brand new with excellent aircon, comfortable bed, sofa and power showers. This will be our hotel when we return to Jerusalem. The hotel looks great. the staff were nice, the interior design was beatiful. I loved the location - just near the main market and very close to Jaffa street and the city center. the hotel is very quite. The Wifi is free. The perfect spot in Jerusalem - close to the amazing market, city center, the best restaurants and lovely walking. close to public transportation (train, buses). highly recommended!. Niece place very cloce to the new center of the city and not so far from jaffa gate. the hotel is brand new, the room is clean and they also have a little private parking. Design, Location, cute rooms. the hotel was nice and pretty but there've been just a few flaws that are annoying but could be easy avoided, like no real curtains... A few small issues a brand new hotel might have, like having no signs to go on your door yet ("please clean the room", "do not disturb"). There was no hairdryer, but I am sure the hotel bought a few of those since we left. I love everything about this hotel. Jewish section of town so no Saturday service. Sheets didn't fit the bed since two singles were pushed together. Neither was a big problem. Breakfast is okay. The queen room was very small, but there are larger rooms available. It took forever to check in, but in the end, the staff was very friendly. Breakfast is poor, otherwise everything is fine. Bad soundproofing, parking situation isn't great, food selection not great for price. The blinds are thin and the sun might wake you up at an early hour. No dining room, TV programmes are poor. No movie channel or news service. - the breakfast is served outside, in the hotel in 400m - no kittle and tea/coffee accessories. there was only a closet with shelves -- no dresser so not that much room for clothes. very few wash cloths although I asked for them more than once. Also had to ask for clean glasses. didn't clean the glass shelf in the bathroom very often. Breakfast was in another hotel not so close. Breakfast was also of quite poor quality in a worn-out place. There is not the breakfast hall and we received a voucher to get it at other hotel and was poor in a space not clean. Smell in the room. Breakfast in a nearby hotel. parking hair dryer missing in the room. Having breakfast at the hotel across the road, wifi worked well on mezzanine level but only intermittently in my room. Nothing. Veryyyy late check in. No Parking place! Huge dis- advantage. The bathrooms have glass doors that do not close very well. The shower needs a soap dish . Housekeeping forgot to clean our room the first night. The hotel lacks enough common areas to lounge. the fan in the bathroom is too noisy and you cannot stop it, we change the room but the problem is elsewhere. service was okay, room was very small and was just separated from the bathroom by a glas door that was too small and was in the middle of the room (no privacy), very thin curtain so the room is in bright light at 6 am.
