Excellent hotel, our favorite in Eilat - we were now for the 5th time. Very clean, comfortable rooms, realy big balcony with pool-viev, very friendly staff - most of them are working here for a long time. Also a nice pool - our four kids really enjoy it! Generally a nice, pleasant, clean, comfortable, and convenient place to stay with a very nice pool and a terrific breakfast. No frills but reasonably priced. The location is a bit far from the beach. 4. Some stuff members are very poor in giving Minimum service. poor breakfast; not permanent and slow WiFi; one bed instead of requested twin beds. The room was not clened and toilet also not clead enough. Rooms badly outdated, particularly the bathroom Extremely noisy - way too loud karaoke/lounge music til 11pm Bugs in room! Useless desk staff No parking. the room was disgustingly dirty. the handle to the bathroom was completely broken. all the furniture was completely worn and partly broken. kids partied outside the room until 4 am and could not even get A decent nights sleep. extremely overpriced. worst experience of my life. I would love to get my money back as I could not get to sleep with all the noise.
