The room was comfortable, clean and charming.   Easy to find on the main road into Waterville. Angela very welcoming and gave us some good places to eat dinner. Room was very clean and the breakfast great - the porridge was fantastic :) - Brilliant B&B. Proprieter (Angela) just so welcoming and helpful. Spotlessly clean,great breakfast. Would totally recommend. We stayed for 4 nights.

  Great location next to the lake and close to Waterville. Very warm welcome and great breakfast. The room was very clean and spacious. I would recommend booking one with seaview and terrace.   The whole experience of my stay from the cleanliness to the breakfast. Also had to hang around a bit during the day and owner gave me several cups of coffee at no extra cost. - The hosts are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good. Good quality and clean towel. Our room has a small seating area with a nice view of the sea and part of the cliffs.
