We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel. it was our Wedding anniversary and they moved us to the Bridal Suite, which was a lovely thing for the hotel to do. Food and service was lovely. The Hotel staff were helpfull and friendly and the Hotel was spotless. Excellent check in staff room was ready even though we arrived early. Excellent breakfast fast service with good range of food. Room very comfortable.

It was a very relaxing and comfortable stay. Rooms are warm, clean and comfortable. I would definetely stay there again. If i was to nit-pick, maybe the residents bar closing at tad early at 3.Extending it to 4 would maybe give guests time to return after a night out at ease.Nothing to do with the hotel, but the area to the left of the entrance (on way to information centre)seemed to be full of 'down and outs' in the evening!. Bed could be bigger.lack of parking!. No good standard. room was cold. Checking out was a nightware only 1 Receptionist on and a line of 20 people or so checking out the receptionist was excellent considering the pressure she was under it's a shame people were not more understanding they were rude to her. The hotel should have provided more receptionists on that morning but it wasnt the ladies fault she did really really well.I felt the early bird menu was a little pricey compared to a la carte menu. Breakfast finished at 10am which I think is too early, we were told we would not get breakfast at 10.10am and as we drove out of the carpark there was a sign saying bar food available from 10.30am. I think if you are still cooking food there should have been some allowance made especially as it's included in the price! Breakfast should be served till at least 10.30am.Room too warm. the upholstery on our rooms armchair was torn. 24 hour menu was not available could not get any hot food after 10pm it was advertised in their services guide. the windows of our room were very dirty. advertised was wired internet in each room got impression that there would be computers. should be advertised wired FOR internet. A bit noisy in the morning.The noise level was very high when other rooms were be occupied late at night and travellers moving early morning. I think signs for quietness needed. Having to park across the road from the hotel and the road is always extremely busy.bathroom smelled bad, hairdryer wasn't great. buffet part of the breakfast was not great,lots of the food and drink items were not topped up so we couldn't get what we wanted.could hear the music coming from down stairs. The receptionist during check was not very friendly and was not veryhelpful.she never told us where the restaurant was or what timebreakfast started and finished. Only one minor point: Credit card could not be used for payment at checkout as machine was not functioning. Very noisy until 1.30am on the first night due to a wedding reception. No drinks facilities in the room. the room was noisy so we had to close the windows at night difficault to keep room cool.
