  Stayed in pure magic twice. First time with my husband and second time with our children. Its a really great spot and works equally well for families or couples.   Fantastic hosts jon and alex couldnt do enough for during our stay.we stayed in the chinese room which was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Huge bed with seperate duvets which pleased my wife no end (i cant think why!),THe breakfast menu is incredible for a B/B with a range of food to suit every taste bud. We had a dinner one evening and it ... what people say » was nothing short of amazing. The menu was fit for a 5 star hotel in its range and flavour. Every single course was fantastic. We were encouraged to t - My wife and I loved the whole Ferndale experience. It was fantastic from start to finish! From booking in, you experienced a very warm welcome and your luggage was taken to your room where a great attention to detail could be seen. There were no coffee making facilities in the rooms for the sheer fact that they would not have spoiled the look of each themed room however this posed no problem at all as coffee and tea could be requested and delivered to your room.   Very nice comfortable hotel with a nice room. Staff were lovely and very friendly. Food was superb - we had a lovely meal in there that night - all locally sourced food - breakfast was the best breakfast we had the whole week - all proper home cooked food.
