  Very friendly staff at reception on checking in, and out. Got an upgrade, really appreciated! Unfortunately had to leave very early next morning! - The ambiance of the whole place is so restful. It is very quiet, the food is excellent and the staff are very helpful and polite.

  I booked this hotel based on its proximity to Shannon Airport, price, and complementary breakfast. My husband and I were greeted by its warm ambiance and welcoming staff. Check-in was flawless, and our room was spacious, clean, quiet, and modern. I loved the decor ( the amount of oak, the comfortable rooms) and the welcome sign on the T.V. when I arrived. The food was very good and the Staff were friendly and helpful. As I had a broken ankle, I sincerely appreciated the wheelchair provided and the help and concern I received from the Staff. I enjoyed the Irish breakfast also.
