Ireland. - The self catering accomodation in "The Barn" was ideal for the purpose of our visit to the area.   We were greeted by the owners father on arrival, who filled us in on all the necessary information of the local village Hillsborough and how to get to Belfast. We then met David the owner, very helpful and accommodating. The rooms are beautifully furnished and there is a real home atmosphere, like your one of the family. At the B&B we were made very welcome, our room was ready and waiting for us. Food was v good. Surrounding areas and shops were good most of all people were v helpful and friendly, will definitely visit again.

  Wife & I stayed about a week, and were very happy, mainly because of convenience. Very clean and staff very friendly and cooperative. - The cleanliness , hospitality and the breakfasts all first class, would like to go again in the near future.

  Thought Vanessa was fantastic, really put you at ease and was very friendly. Room was excellent as was very big with an ensuite. Room was very comfortable and clean. - Very welcoming and friendly people. Vanessa really made us feel like home! =) Nice sugestion for dinner as well! The breakfast was delicious!

  I loved everything! We stayed in a gorgeous room with a queen bed as well as a single bed. The room was spacious and really clean. We could see cows through our window. Colette was very friendly and helpful - The friendly welcome, and attentive but unobtrusive service and care from owner Colette and her husband. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, and evening offered to share a bottle of wine with us on the Saturday night, which we sadly had to decline due to family commitments. The breakfast was terrific, well-cooked and presented and all locally sourced. A perfect example of the famous Irish hospitality.
