  The house is situated at the shore of Lough Corrib and the place is absolutely beautiful. Our room had excellent view on a lake and I can't think of a better place to get up in Connemara:) It also was very warm, perfectly clean and very cozy. On overall I would really recommend Waterfront House if you're planning to see different places in Connema... what people say » ra while travelling on a car and need a great place to rest. Mary was extremely nice, friendly and helped us every possible way (we checked in on a da - Wonderful house, in a beautiful position realy on the lake, in the nature. Quite, clean...beautifull!Not far from the town center. Perfect to visit the lake or as a base to visit Connemara area. Wonderful people, realy kind, and friendly. I hope to come again soon!   Owners were lovely and very hospitable people. Anne posted a coat I left behind on to our hotel in Dublin without any charge. Beds comfortable and lots of thick quality towels.   This B&B, unlike many of the others in the area, is off the main highway in a very nice setting. The rooms are spotless, and Patricia and Dickey are attentive, gracious hosts. This is very good value for the money, and it is close to many tourist amenities, including the great town of Galway.   What a fabulous place at Lough Corrib/ Connemara. We were warmly welcomed by the owner. Spacious room (room 8), beautiful estate, delicious breakfast. We stayed for three nights and decided to also join for the four course dinners. We certainly enjoyed meeting the others and exchanging travel tips. Fantastic place, especially if you like old fashioned c - I loved the feel of the place. It was very personal as distinct from an impersonal; large hotel. It was like being invited to a friends house which was , by the way,a manor. I will definitely go back .

  We stayed at Corrib Wave during a local sporting event (Rás Connemara). We were made feel very welcome, and treated with great hospitality. Beds were comfortable, and breakfast was spot on, we even had access to a garage to store our bikes in during our stay.
